The Rugcel winch FY12000 series is the perfect blend of power, versatility, and value for users new to winching, but with medium-heavy horsepower needs. Suitable for both 4x4 vehicles and utility use, it features a planetary gear train with a gear ratio of 236:1, an impressive 12,000-LB pull rating, an efficient 6.6 horsepower series wound motor, and 86-feet of durable 3/8" Helandinima winch rope.

The FY12000 winch is designed to fit most any 4x4 vehicle, as well as trailers, RVs, and similarly sized vehicles. Its ease of use also makes it an excellent utility winch. Along with its powerful line pull rating, the winch boasts the reliability of a planetary gear train, a lever action freespooling clutch, a standard heavy-duty power-coated roller fairlead (mounting plate sold separately), and a heavy-duty latched hook with thimble.

The company uses a new spray technology to give the machine a more textured surface, and the pure copper motors have the characteristics of high magnetic inductive melting point, high temperature resistance, strong power, safe work, and high efficiency. The new technology and quality of the contactors in the control box resist arching when switching currents, preventing the contactors from fusing together and creating a closed circuit, which could potentially damage the winch or vehicle and cause serious injury to the operator.

The real three sets of 3-Stage Planetary in the winch enable differential, deceleration (growth), reversal, and more. The combined use of multiple groups of planetary wheel systems can achieve a very large speed ratio, which can achieve coaxial deceleration (growth). The winch is also equipped with two wireless remote controls and handle controllers, providing more flexible control in complex environments.
