The Rugcel 12000lb winch is designed to fit most 4x4 vehicles, trailers, RVs, and similarly sized vehicles, making it an excellent utility winch. Featuring a powerful 12,000-lb line pull rating, 86 feet of 3/8" steel winch rope, and a 6.6 hp series-wound motor powered by an easy-to-establish permanent connection to the vehicle's battery, the winch also boasts the reliability and power of a planetary gear train.

Additional features include a lever-action freespooling clutch, allowing users to quickly disengage the motor and manually draw out as much winch rope as needed, a standard heavy-duty power-coated roller fairlead (mounting plate sold separately), and a heavy-duty latched hook with thimble.

The winch's black frosted spray paint finish, created using a new spray technology, gives the machine a more textured surface. The pure copper motors have the characteristics of high magnetic inductive melting point, high temperature resistance, strong power, safe work, and high efficiency. The new control box features technology and quality contactors that resist arching when switching currents, preventing the contactors from fusing together and creating a closed circuit that could potentially damage the winch, vehicle, or cause serious injury to the operator.

The real three-stage planetary gear system enables differential, deceleration (growth), reversal, and more. The combined use of multiple groups of planetary wheel systems can achieve a very large speed ratio, which can enable coaxial deceleration (growth). The winch is equipped with two wireless remote controls and handle controllers, providing two control methods for more flexibility in complex environments.
